> Home > Meetings > FOOTPRINT final conference FOOTPRINT final conference A total of 100 individuals attended the final conference of the EU-funded FOOTPRINT project which took place at the University of Giessen (Germany) on 18-19 March 2009. The aims of this final FOOTPRINT event were: - to present an overview of the extensive work which has been undertaken within FOOTPRINT; - to provide live demonstration of the 3 FOOT tools that the FOOTPRINT partners have developed (FOOT-FS, FOOT-CRS and FOOT-NES); - to discuss the potential uses of the FOOT tools in all European Member States; - to present the follow-up of FOOTPRINT and discuss future versions of the FOOT tools to meet specific requirements. A series of specialised workshops in the use of the 3 FOOTPRINT tools followed the conference. PDFs of the various talks which were presented by the FOOTPRINT partners can be downloaded below.
